For anything beyond a single till we want to see how you actually work. Locally that means a free on-site visit; elsewhere we start with a video walkthrough of your operation and travel on site once the project is reasonably defined.

Yes, routinely. Discovery, configuration, migration, training and support all work remotely, and we travel on site when a project calls for it. Working hours are agreed at the start so you are never waiting a day for an answer.
