These terms govern your use of the Zee Core website and set out the general basis on which we supply software, hardware and related services. Specific engagements are governed by their own written agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
01Use of this website
You may browse, print and share the content of this site for legitimate business purposes. You may not copy the site design or substantial parts of its content for commercial reuse, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
02Information accuracy
We keep product descriptions, specifications and availability as accurate as we can, but they are indicative rather than contractual. Prices, specifications and lead times are confirmed in a written quotation.
03Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Deposits, payment terms and delivery schedules are set out in the quotation or contract.
04Software licensing
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, software delivered by Zee Core is licensed for use by the named client in its own operations. Ownership of custom-developed source code is agreed in the project contract.
05Hardware warranty
Hardware carries the manufacturer warranty stated at the point of sale. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid ingress, power surges, unauthorised repair or use outside stated specifications.
06Support and maintenance
Support scope, response times and channels are defined in the applicable support agreement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
07Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate data for migration, for suitable power and network infrastructure, for keeping user credentials secure, and for making staff available for training.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zee Core is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost data, arising from use of the website or the services. Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
09Intellectual property
The Zee Core name, logo, site design and product interfaces are our intellectual property. Client data and client-specific content remain the property of the client.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.
